The GTI PLUG is a Logtech with the purpose of making life simpler and more productive for Industries, facilitating their relationship in the supply chain.
Our software is done (SaaS) and we have 10 paying customers. We are looking for to prove our Product Market Fit and increase market share.
And according to a survey by Sebrae, in Brazil there are 18 million SMEs, of which 2 million and 300 thousand are industries. More than 65% of these industries stock their products and, incredible as it may seem, 70% still use paper and pen to manage their warehouses. That's where we go to install our software.
Problem or Opportunity
The logistical process that involves selling a product is really complex, but it does not allow for errors. A single mistake on the part of companies in the management of their stock directly reflects loss of revenue and billing.
The internal logistics of companies represent about 25% of a company's activities.
However, due to disorganization, lack of knowledge and a series of flawed processes, this logistics is only 30% to 50% effective. The result of this is an increase in costs for these companies and a lack of efficient control in the storage and movement of these products in their inventories.
And talking to these industries, we identified that they are going through two major problems that have not yet been solved well: The first is that there is no adequate control and knowledge in the activities related to the storage and handling of these products. So for them, performing well or poorly is a matter of luck or even intuition.Another problem is that these industries, in the current market, are unable to access systems or technology to take care of their logistics and storage processes. That's it, being efficient is a huge challenge. The result of this is loss of sales for not knowing if the product is in stock, and if it is, where it is.
Or they even pay dearly for double freight or stationary trucks.

So, we created GTI PLUG, a Cloud software, designed in the reality of these industries. Our platform has the purpose and mission of simplifying and solving problems related to internal storage logistics. We operate from product identification and receipt, tracking all movement and storage, until the moment it leaves the stock to be delivered to the distributor or final customer.
The large industrial market is fully inflated. There is no one in a large industry that does not already have a warehouse management system. On the one hand, we left this market and we are going to explore a totally new market, a market of more than 1Million Small and Medium industries where our main competitor is paper and pen. The second is excel.

We are committed to the success of our customers, we give them access to all technology, without charging any User License Fee, Deployment Fee, training or any other initial cost, totally different from the Traditional Model.

Our average ticket is USD 500/mounthly. We expect growth to 2000 clientes in five years.
Our revenue model is based on 2 plans: Annual and Monthly. The difference between them is fidelity. Choosing the annual plan, the customer has a discount and makes a 12-month contract. If the customer prefers the Monthly Plan, the customer waives this discount but is not required to remain loyal for 12 months, this means that the customer is free, with no penalty for cancellation, which is another great differential of ours.
