Our company has started to work on building management systems in 2018, actually we have done a lot of things in the software and hardware parts. Also we have clients, at this time we are delivering the solutions to them and we have proposals with some big Georgian companies.

Market is really big, so at this time we work hard to sell our product in Georgian market and In parallel we'll start to find clients in a global market. Because our solution is different from all the BMS systems which we met in globally

All of sizes businesses have a lot of problems to manage processes in there buildings, like temperature, humidity, CO, CO2, lightning and etc. They are loosing too much money paying high utility costs every month and do not get results. Our solution helps them to make authorizations without any problem to reduce cost and increase profit, also get good atmospheric condition for employees.

We are creating smart devices and software part, so all the sensors and devices are made by us. We do both of parts to offer affordable, effortless and secure solution for our customers. For server we use cloud server, every customer has account number on our web, so they need only to have an internet browser to sign in from any place in a world.

There are some giant companies who does building management systems from old time, but they are expensive. There systems needs professional employs to install, care and to learn how to manage it. The big problem is that people who are out future customers, they don't have possibility to buy BMS, that's why we are oriented about SMEs.

Our devices are easy to install, no need any professional engineer, it's also easy to use, we have a human interface to manage easily anything what you need to manage. Wely system doesn't need any infrastructure charge, every update is making by us through the cloud. We left all the difficulties on our side to give our customers smart and comfortable system.

We need money for the team salaries, finalize product, sale.
