Good coffee is brewed with freshly ground coffee. Then why use old cereals to make bad muesli? Freshly flaked cereals are the starting point for the most delicious muesli!
Current Status
Product is already on the market and in the stage of new customer acquisition. Until recently, the focus was B2C, now we focus on B2B markets like hotels, cafés, offices and unpacked grocery stores because we see the largest market potential there.
We have a few pilot customers in each of these branches and are now looking to acquire many more because we got good feedback and know what the preconditions are that our product needs to work and we understand the needs of our potential customers much better.
Problem or Opportunity
The problem is that most of the mueslis on the market are of bad quality. That is because the manufacturers only use processed ingredients instead of using fresh ingredients. It becomes obvious when you think about coffee. When you want to drink good coffee, you expect the coffee beans to be freshly ground because of the freshness factor. The same is true for muesli. In order to eat good muesli you need to start with the raw ingredients and freshly flake them with one of our grain flakers.
Solution (product or service)
There is a need among consumers and businesses like hotels to offer the freshest muesli of the highest quality. We have the right solutions for them: muesli machines (grain flakers) and raw organic muesli.
Competitors
There is no competitor who does exactly what we are doing. However, of course, other organic muesli manufacturers are our competitors in some sense. However, we believe that we have a much stronger USP than any of them because we have a machine around which our products are built. The machine is at the center stage and the mueslis are what you need to use the machine and produce the freshest muesli.
Advantages or differentiators
Our strongest differentiator is that we have the muesli machine at the center of our product lineup. Our muesli is then needed to use the machine.
