Go-to-market strategy encompasses the following activity:
- Quite period, 3Q 2018: Introduction $10k promotion budget for the first 30 human and digital advisors by direct offering or tightly targeted online promotion;
- First sales, 4Q 2018: Investors attraction via CPA, SEO traffic, Email marketing and targeted Ad campaign. Product-market-fit activity.

Cost of robo-advisor customer acquisition (“CAC”) is in the range of $600 to $1000 in US and $400 in UK. Changing the model of customer acquisition from advertising and branding service to SEO & branding marketplace can reduce the CAC 70% and more.

The web-based marketplace of wealth management services that connects investors with robo- or human advisers. The solution is designed to acquire investors at a reduced cost via SEO promotion, smart targeting and to engage investors in a repeated purchases.

Competitors

Potential competitors are AMX and Phitoken, although their solutions are still not production ready. Current competitors are traditional Big Data targeting services.

Advantages or differentiators

The project represents an outstanding opportunity to realize significant capital growth by 2019. Equity injection of $200.000 will provide a 10% participation rate in the expected Company valuation of $10mln at 2019.
