Berlin is a very popular city among the tourists and the one of the top 10 cities for the start-ups. And they all need place to stay for the first time!
Our company was founded in September 2017. We have rent the 3-floor house and decided to arrange the small pension. There are 10 rooms with 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 3 WC. We have started with Airbnb (i had already this experience in Italy with 2 rooms in my apartment) and now we work more with booking.com
So now we have 8 long- term staying rooms, 2 short-term and 1 apartment for short staying. I can see in Berlin such a big request for living space so i d`like to arrange one more hostel. I will be happy if you can help me!

Problem or Opportunity
Berlin is one the most attractive sities in Europe for tourism and also for the start-ups. Every year a lot of people come to our city for work, studying and business. They all need a place for first accomodation. The same time Berlin also has a huge problem with rent of long-term apartments and rooms. It needs from applyer because a lot of documents. I know the situation, when people stay in hostel for several months, because they cant find a place! Thats why i think my project could be interesting for investor who wans to save and multiply their funds.
Solution (product or service)
We have decided to arrange the hostel with max 20 sleeping places. Though we are not at the center of a city, but our district is nice, green and quiet. Also with a good public transport connection.
There are in our district some big hotels Penta hotel, Bett and Buch, Best Western, NH, but they offer price for the room 50 euro and more.
Advantages or differentiators
There is a big request for the cheaper rooms , for example room for 30 euro or the place for one person from 15 euro.
Preises are in the lower range.
Money will be spent on
We are expect to spend not more as 50 000 US - there is a money for rent a space to repair it and to buy a furniture
