Current Status
We founded Symplum Marketplace in Madrid 3 months ago in a pre-seed round of 50k€. With those funds we have made a leap in our process to be an investable company.
I can confirm the following:
* Market Acceptance
* Field Service Management Systems Agreements to integrate their platforms
* Technology decisions and their costs (fr om Framework to the Blockchain infrastructure)
* Internal Tools Setup (Accounting, HR, CRM, Collaboration & others)
All this has also confirmed that our financial predictions are feasible and very reasonable, despite the upside they indicate.
But we still can't prove traction because with just over the 1,000 policies that we already have agreed, we would have between 4 and 8 incidents in the first week (but nobody knows what type and wh ere, as it is a statistical probability).
We can't tell that first client who has trusted Symplum and who has been stranded on the road at 1 in the morning that we will be providing service in Cuenca within 3 months... It would be like committing suicide before the first month is over!!!
Market
53 million auto and casualty insurance polices which have 21 million claims per year what is a 9 billion market just in Spain in the insurance market.
But the solution can help in the private market, another 12 billion for a total of 22 billions
And the solution has been designed with a global perspective, what multiplies the TAM to a staggering number of 1250 billions

As everything is managed by the assistance company's Call Center on behalf of the insurance company, they simply send the chosen repairer and have no choices
