Idea

Our goal is to disrupt the global hospitality industry and many other small and medium scaled businesses through our technology. Our technology enables users to conduct almost everything from business management - marketing - sales with improved transaction process and much more, all from a single platform. Eliminating the need for multi vendor solutions, ultimately saving time, paperwork and hundreds of thousands in resources for the users. Our solution is a disruptive innovation for many small and medium scaled businesses.

Current Status

The product is in the market since August 2023, we have 35 business users and over 3400 app users (clients of our business users) and growing slowly.
In order to enhance the scaling process we are looking for investors.

Market

At the moment our target market is small to medium scaled Restaurant businesses in Norway before we go further for other segments and global expansion.
The Norwegian restaurant market has a total transaction value of USD 4,5 Billion which is predicted to increase by 2027 to USD 6,7 Billion.

SOM = 3500+ businesses

Problem or Opportunity

Imagine You run a restaurant and juggle with many costly and offline systems fr om cash registers, marketing, in-house systems to delivery systems every day.
All these systems are bought or leased from multiple solution providers, which increase both work and cost to maintain a smooth workflow. Wh ere delivery partners alone can cost up to 30% extra on each transaction, and other systems can cost up to 14% of the total yearly sales.
The systems are individually costly, and devastatingly so combined. They do not communicate and require manual synchronization in many cases. The cumulative effect renders it complex, involving various suppliers and resulting in late payment transactions and uncleared reports as well.
The whole situation drains users time and resources.
It becomes almost impossible to generate profit from the business.
But through our all in one solution they save all the above issues or problems.

Competitors

As per today we don’t have much of competition as no one is delivering such service, but in US there is a company delivering alike services called Toastlabs.
We are ahead in time when it comes to this type of technology for above targeted market.

Advantages or differentiators

There are many single modul solution providers in the market but none with a all in one solution as we have, in time there can be some kind of competition but we are way ahead with the technology and our own 20 years of work experience from the restaurant business gives us a unique perspective of our target clients.

Team or Management

Risks

There is always a risk in all kind of businesses, but the main risk factor we have already covered. The main risk we saw in the starting was if we would be able to create a technology which doesn't exist in the market and how the users will react to it. But as we have developed the product and has launched the product, got multiple positive feedbacks from the existing clients gives us a surety of success.

The only risk we feel now is lack of funds to grow quickly, thats the reason we are looking for Investors who can help us grow quickly.
