Hi. My name is Ljubica Nađ. I am a woman and the owner of a construction company and the mother of 5 kids. I want to build eco-friendly objects for selling and restoration of existing historical goods for selling in commercial purposes. So save ecology and history

Currently, we work construction for private people and companies who need cooperation. We also worked on reconstruction of a few museums

This is oportunity to made something good and made a profit from that. Also it will help to bring back Croatian people home.

There is no compensation in this because everyone in construction are focused on ordered projects or making urban villas

The advantage is preserving history and nature. People who like that will buy those real estate for their Pleasure and peace. Also, it will be good for nature. It will be good for historical goods and it will be good for other industries as agriculture or eco and history tourism

My decision is to begin in Croatia and spread globally to preserve nature and historical goods

Risks are minimum because world become a global village, and people with money and interests in what we would offer will be happy to have their peace of heaven without noise and everything what is already too much around.

I explore all laws connected to this project idea. I know how to do it. I explore also history so that I can give people stories with real estates
