production processing and export of products grown on farms for the Central American market

Current Status

I have sourced farming land that is ideal for the project along with pre-sourced equipment and infrastructure (pre-fab buildings). crop trials have been completed and tested over the last 5 years. the labor force has been vetted and sourced candidates most utilizable to support the progression of the project.

Market

the main client and market is a very large client base with poor supply as products imported are 4-6 times the value found anywhere outside of latin america greenfield farms will focus on the needs of the dairy beef swine poultry and equine sectors. bringing a much-needed support to the market and reducing stress and fatigue on owners and managers as a source and supply market didn't exist. we will be looking at a client base of a few cows or pigs to a large feed lot with an on-farm head count of 7500 beef at any one time.

Panama has suffered with a country of opportunity regarding agriculture but is deprived of modern farming practices feed is a key ingredient of modern dairy beef and equine enterprises in Central America during the drought months more so than any other months with farmers seeking government support but falling on deaf ears. how does Greenfield Farms resolve this problem???. greenfield farms' year-round farming practices allow us to grow year-round thus supplying farmers with no drops in production this is what farmers are crying out for. at respectable prices with are priority primarily on a quality product that they request. As quality increases there yields.

the market is 100% imported products with a 75% markup apart from 2 medium-sized competitors the market generally imports small quantities at high markups.

Advantages or differentiators

the current sporadic forage producers are small-scale with high seed costs and lack of access to modern farming equipment and methods which leave products at high rates of cost. with high output equipment and minimum labor required through automated machines, we can reduce our sales price while high field production thus giving back to the client. grain products are simple here and some might say the poorest quality as this has been shown in lab tests farmers want to progress their operations as the value of meat and milk products hold a very high

there is a possibility of friction from other distributors but in regards to clients or government permits this i do not see this as any cause for concern. as with agriculture there are hazards towards weather conditions thru delays in planting or harvest. but with modern high-end equipment, we can minimize that risk along with irrigation equipment for drought conditions.
