Idea

Strive SOLVE business learning solution helps early-stage founders learn smarter business and build better scalable thriving companies.

Current Status

SOLVE business learning solution is being tested for MVP development . The solution has been presented to three Nigerian higher education regulatory authorities for assessment and validation for Nigeria and African market. Two Ministries of a State government in Nigeria sponsoring youth entrepreneurship skills empowerment programs on annual rolling basis have called for our business proposals for 2023 coaching valued at over $30,000 . Strive Learning virtual learning masterclass series will commence in October, 2022 delivering for our target customers .

Market

Strive business learning solution targets Africa's e-business learning market of higher education institutions 17.6 million undergraduate students and 35 Million unemployed/underemployed graduates valued at $2.2 Billion in 2020 and projected to grow at 115% CAGR to $3.3 Billion in 5 years to 2026. The African undergraduate students consists of 18 - 35 years age bracket who own smart phones and have social media accounts. The private corporate businesses and government millennium development agencies funding the unemployed youth entrepreneurship skills training constitute the secondary target market.

Problem or Opportunity

The recurring high rate of failure of Startups in Africa has been blamed on the gaps in undergraduate entrepreneurship curriculum which lacks clarity, coherence, and structure in Startup build and growth learning presentation. Afrcan Colleges Entrepreneurship skills curriculum is designed for self-employment focusing on technical and vocational trade skills learning with no significant business skills learning. The Startups are failing as a result of poor skills in designing innovative customer solution, value proposition, business model, and business strategy to grow their Startups. The failure of Startups increases youth unemployment and poverty which affects over 60 million youth whose unrealized productivity is estimated at over $ 80 Billion.
