Idea

Taking into account that each player is different and has different needs, we ensure that user-specific actions are taken (campaign offers, pricing, etc.). AppNava provides the necessary information for the actions to be taken on a user basis and a user-specific game experience. The added value we provide is to generate more revenue from your existing players. We do this either by increasing retention or by increasing revenues from ingame purchase or rewarded videos.

Current Status

It has been observed that they try to handle complex user information/data with simple infographic and dashboards. However, in order to take action on this information, human factor is also involved. In other words, to be able to make sense of these graphs and visuals, it is necessary to examine one by one. AppNava provides a more compact user experience rather than checking individual variables independently from the databases. With the help of developed machine learning algorithms, the system provides a direct action to the product developers in a systematic way by calculating the likelihood of player click on the ads or any other scores required to predict player behavior. In this way, AppNava offers a complete automation of the marketing processes. AppNava is the compact system and it works with their data without any human intervention. This provides a very easy to use process for the end user.

Web-based (SaaS) product,it is aimed to complete all sales processes online.With the online payment system to be established on the website,the sales processes will becompleted.Game companies will be charged monthly with package prices that are appropriate for their data sizes.It can be used as income model by means of membership based software, product and consultancy service revenue model.The biggest advantage of this revenue model(monthly subscription base) is that it provides long-term predictable income.Since the server costs are our only variable expenses,the monthly price of the product for a single user will vary depending on the size of the data.That is, there will be a pricing that is proportional to the volume of data they have and that they analyze.If they need help in this process, they will be able to send us their questions via the contact forms/Live Chat bots.The planned sales process before selling online involves the Turkey market.The game companies that have contributed to us in the development stage of the product,are the first customers(APPS,Otsimo,Amelos, Panteon).Scope of marketing activities,it is planned to share the product demo with mobile game and application developer companies that we make cooperation before.
