Business Strategists & Custodians is a professional services firm with a focus investment capital & intellectual property. It was established in 2015 & presently has operations in; Nairobi (Kenya), Kilifi (Kenya), Dubai (UAE) & Saga (Japan). It is a subsidiary of Blue Kite Holdings Group.
The professional services firm is fully operational & has been in existence for the past five years. Presently - it offers services in: (1) finance & accounting, (2) marketing & branding, as well as (3) big data & production operations.
It also boasts a staff of over 15 permanent & freelance consultants who oversee a client base of over 250 annually with a majority of the clientele located in Africa. Average turnover for the past 5 years has been $220,000.00 despite 2 years of the said period being election years.
Our target market is primarily startups & MSMEs in Sub-Saharan Africa. However, to capitalize on our global structures & networks - we also target startups & MSMEs in North America, Europe & Asia. This additions help us either bridge revenue generation gaps or beat our targets in accordance to the performance of the global economy.

Our financial model is threefold: (1) 70% of our revenue is directed towards our core business which entails consultancy services which attract a revenue of approximately $220,000.00 annually. This is collected by charging commissions to the value of the client account being handled. Further, we independently operate alternative investment services in private equity, venture capital & derivative trading where we charge management & performance fees. (2) 30% of our revenue is directed towards our alternative business which entails our incubation program where we develop our in-house or client projects for future sale. (3) 10% of our revenue is directed to our moonshot projects, where we experiment with our new offerings & project ideas.

10% of redeemable shares and/or convertible bonds in the parent company - Blue Kite Holding Group held for the entirety of the loan term.
The business model allows us to collect consultancy fees ranging between 2.5%-0.5% depending on the size of the account with a minimum charge of $750. Further, we collect management & performance fees from our respective alternative investment funds which are 2% & 20% respectfully. Through the derivative trades, we charge 2.5% for underlying assets sold & further earn a commission spread that varies in accordance to the Black-Scholes model.
