we are planting 7,000 papaya plants, but all our calculation will be on 6,000 plants. Expecting to get 3 kg/plants/month, which is a very low expectation. 3 kg x 6,000 plants = 18,000 kg $2.5 /kg $2.5 x 18,000 kg = $45,000 8 months x $45,000 =$360,000 $360,000/yr $360,000 x 5 = $1,800,000 $1,800,000 in 5 years only with Papaya There are no tax on agriculture product.

We decide to produce a high quality of Papaya and Chillies, not only becuase of the health benefit it carry but there is a market for it. We are looking forward on how we can used the papaya leaves too.
We have been very lucky with the weather so far. Climate is one which is always warm and does not reach extremes of heat or cold. The temperature rarely drops below 24°C or rises above 32°C.We are outside the cyclone belt.
