There are nearly 50 of mostly tools and games on the website that provides value and usability for general customer. For each application, I go through a thought process or I generally research the internet or great APIs that are online or on Rapidapi.com or my designed APIs. For games, I purchase udemy courses or watch youtube videos, or research online for creating games.

There are so many applications on the website that now are running and the monetization is provided by ads. I try to generate two-income channels, one is creating APIs on rapid API and one is generating income with propeller ads.

The appivapp.com matches many markets and segments but I can say that 25-34 age English users mostly markets mainly Canada, USA, and such countries are mostly are the targets.

The apps fill many problems as opportunities to solve. There are several problems online that we can say. For example, to start a new company or new application, I create an API and solve a problem about any sector. Therefore, there are different applications on the website.

Nearly many applications solve a problem and add up value. I research on Reddit and online about what people want and what people seek or general tools online. Then I start to create API or research for APIs.

I can make different apps and services with APIs and with the materialized CSS view and applications shown original and tools make value with the help of different API services. It applies to my skills. On the other hand, I can purchase games online with investment. Now time on the site comes to 1 hour or more. Therefore the website proposes so many things in one web content.

Right now business modal is ads and subscriptions for APIs. Probably there is cannibalism between apps but still, I try to create value and create diverse apps on the website.

Mostly marketing expenses. Marketing is a huge part of this website because I create apps and there is a supply of software on the webpage. There is only lacking thing is to get the apps to users.

This will be a great start for me as an indie hacker to create more value and more experience developing great applications and services.

- One risk is that applications are lightweight and can be copied,
- There are too many apps to focus and that could be a problem,
- APIs could be seen as basic or redundant,
- User could want one focus on the same webpage,
- etc.
