Organizations don't have a way to measure, track and drive the change readiness of their workforce. loyee.io is a change engagement software that leverages Nobel-prize-winning behavioral science and machine learning to make employees thrive on change.

Competitors

Everything that drives change engagement is an indirect competitor: coaching, workshops, seminars. Even when offered by exclusive services of consulting firms (e.g., EY, BCG). A more direct competitor can be found in the US that uses a similar technology and has raised over USD40M. In a nutshell, our solution targets solely the European market and focuses on change engagement and less on sole employee development.

Advantages or differentiators

We combine state-of-the-art behavioral science research with machine learning in order foster change engagement in companies. We bring 1) guidance at scale for employees and 2) behavioral change analytics for the organization to drive corporate change not only top-down but also bottom up: each individual is put at the center of change. Besides our matching and curation-algorithm that allows behavioral economics to scale, we scientifically back, validate, and test each personalized nudge.
