We understand that investments in start-ups are risky and we aim to minimize this risk by offering financial transparency. Unlike many other startups and small businesses, we intend to become a reporting issuer in Canada and will provide audited financial statements and other periodic disclosure.
We designed our business model to make it attractive for short-term investors looking for exit strategy by issuing ERC-20 tokens for each freely tradable share in the company. And also for long term investors by relying on a profit-sharing model, whereby investors will receive a never – ending stream of annual dividends (20%) in the form of cryptocurrency or CAD, dependent upon future earnings of the company.

Risks

We see the risk in slower adoption for public educational institutions due to technology implementation retard.
We don't see the risk that our project wouldn't have a success,because there is a big demand for such solution for students and businesses, as well as education institutions. Although it might take a bit slower adoption in the beginning.
