Current Status

Market

Shared micro-mobility market will grow 250% - 300% (10% - 32% CAGR) by 2030 with shared scooters and cars dominating the market (Sources: McKinsey, CSB, Accenture). Global micro-mobility market will reach EUR 300-500 billion by 2030. From this market shared e-scooters will count EUR 40-50 billion (10-15% from total market), car sharing will count for another EUR 30-50 billion (~10%), bike sharing will count for approximate of EUR 5 billion (~2%).
ATOM Mobility estimates that there will be around 15 000 independent shared mobility operators globally by 2030. Our goal is to reach 1000 of them in 5-10 years. Primarily ATOM Mobility is focused on Europe and Middle East.

Problem or Opportunity

90% of cities with population over 100 000 people have no access to shared mobility services. In total it is about 500 million people in more than 3500 cities. While international players enter largest cities, the rest of the cities are underserved. Local entrepreneurs and companies with capital and local knowledge can leverage this opportunity and get market share.

Solution (product or service)

ATOM Mobility empowers entrepreneurs to launch their own vehicle sharing platforms by providing customized white label solutions for any sharing business. Our platform relieves all the technological headache. It reduces barriers to launch sharing solutions in even the smallest cities. Platform consist of: White label mobile apps for users, Powerful dashboard that helps to run daily operations and get smart recommendations, Operational team app to distribute tasks, integrations with vehicles and IoT.

Competitors

There are players focused on large deals with corporations and long sales cycle (M-Tribes, Wunder Mobility, Invers, Vulog). They are expensive for SME, slow in processes and in most case provide bad UI to final user. From other side there are few players focusing on startups, SME and local entrepreneurs (Joyride, Urban Sharing, Electric Feel), but in most cases the quality of product is low (both technologically and from UI point of view) and product vision is unclear. We believe that in long term data and possibility to use data for better vehicle positioning will be crucial for profitability of our customers. This is why ATOM Mobility already now discovers possibility to use machine learning to predict demand.
