Network VC raises a fund to invest and help Ukrainian startups in the face of Russian aggression..

Since February 24, 2022 all Ukrainian startups had woken up to a new reality being held as hostages of war that Russia had started by bombing Ukrainian cities! Many entrepreneurs are continuing working on their laptops from bunkers and temporary shelters and fighting for their freedom with the enemy! Some of them were forced to leave a country seeking a safer place outside the nightmare that Putin’s troops had brought to the peaceful Ukraine.

We constantly monitor the situation and help all the way we can, because we care! And if we all unite our efforts we can drastically change the situation for better at least for the startups, their families and employees. Now is the time for all the good people to show the strength of unity and support!

We already started funding up our special venture fund - Network VC Syndicate Fund Series Ukraine - that you are welcome to join. THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SELECTION CRITERIA
The startup has Ukrainian founders with an equal share of at least 50%.

Startup.inc is an investment platform with a personal account for investors. Allows you to invest in all the topical deals of our fund online, get information about all your investments, receive news and relevant information about your investment portfolio.

* Registration and KYC (know your customer) is required. Only for accredited investors, investors from USA are not allowed to participate in the program either.

Network VC Syndicate Fund Series Ukraine will invest in several dozens of startups, which will be selected through an open competition on the platform Unicorn.Events, our fund creates a Series LLC syndicate, which is 100% owned by the investors that have invested in it.

Steps

2. Register or log in

3. For new participants - pass KYC

4. Choose syndicate "Support Ukrainian Startups”

5. Decide on the amount of investment from $1K - $250K as you wish.

6. Sign online operating agreement - this document confirms that you become a member of the fund and invest in this syndicate deal.

7. Transfer money to the fund's current account.

We will transfer the collected amount of money to the selected startups. Selection of several dozens of startups has already started, a preliminary funnel using all resources of Unicorn Events and VC.House.
