My name is Tabrez Khan & I am setting up a data center facility which mines Bitcoin. This facility provides computing power to the block-chain technology used by bitcoin/bitcoin cash. The facility covers 12,000 SQ.FT of area.
It will be maintaining Bitmain Antminer S9 machines to provide computing power. Initially 200 Antminer S9's will be installed. Products like Antminer, Routers, Switches, Networking Racks, Fiber Optic Cables, Mining Rigs, Trezor etc are used in large quantities.
This data center has a capacity of managing 10,000 Antminers.
I have inspected a few high tension transformer out of which 1 transformer is required.
The market capitalization of cryptocurrency has increased significantly. Bitcoin being the leader in the cryptoworld. Global market capitalization of all the cryptocurrency is estimated over $185 billion. The demand is increasing everyday.
Places where cryptocurrency can be used are plenty. Such digital currencies need data centers to record and manage transactions which eventually creates demand for a good quality data center.
This data center will be providing 2.6 Petahashes of computing power. There is a large requirement of computing power. Investors can make stable profits.
Problem or Opportunity
The short term goals is to efficiently manage 1000 machines & the long term goal is to expand upto 10,000 machines.
The break even period for short term (18 months) deal is 8 months & long term (36 months) deal is 16 months. The objective is to provide the investors 10% monthly profit post break even period in short term & long term deal.
Many analyst have predicted the price of bitcoin to be above $50,000 by the year 2020. The value of bitcoin & other cryptocurrency is rising everyday due to its unique technology & the ease of using it.
There are competitors as there are more than 10 Cryptocurrencies servicing the global economy, however the large data centers are scarce.
Advantages or differentiators
This data center will be providing 2.6 Petahashes of computing power.
There are 2 deals:-
1.) Short Term (18 Months) The return on investment is 100% for locked in tenure of 18 months. Here "locked in tenure" means the investment cannot be withdrawn before 18 months. Time required to break-even is 8 Months. From month 9 to month 18, 10% profit will be disbursed every month, a total of 100% profit.
2.) Long Term (36 Months) The return on investment is 200% for locked in tenure of 36 months. Here "locked in tenure" means the investment cannot be withdrawn before 36 months. Time required to break-even is 16 Months. From month 17 to month 36, 10% profit will be disbursed every month, a total of 200% profit.
Principal investment will be disbursed within 45 days of contract completion in both the deals.

A small team will initially lead the operations, as the target is to maintain 200 machines. A team of 10 executives will initially manage 200 machines with the help of $400,000 funding. The team is expected to grow up to 200 executives & 10,000 machines.
There are no major risks in this data center which eliminates the possibility of investors loss. The data center will be managed by professional employees. The only risk that could be is that if the prices of cryptocurrencies falls which is most unlikely and not possible because the demand for such cryptocurrency is rising everyday.
