Problem or Opportunity

The insole solves the problem of unpleasant odor caused by bacteria. The unique patented technology for the production of a composite based on coffee grounds and cellulose obtained from the recycling of a disposable cup has a moisture-absorbing antifungal and antibacterial effect, which is achieved thanks to the properties of hemp fabric and 7Gram composite.

The disposable paper cup is made from virgin cellulose (which is the reason for the destruction of millions of trees), and covered with a thin plastic film (which turns into microplastic, covering the seas and oceans). Business refuses to deal with this problem, because it is a complex technological and logistical task.
As a result, only 4% of the cups are currently recycled. The rest - pollutes the
environment.

Solution

Local collection and processing of coffee grounds and disposable cups, followed by the production of a 7Gram composite.
Organized in two 20-foot containers, the 7gram recycling station provides processing and creation of a unique composite.
The composite is sent to the sewing industry for the manufacture of insoles using hemp fabric, as well as for the production of slippers (hotel and home) and packaging cardboard with coffee scent.
