A natural absorber which is the most effective oil or derivatives absorber in the world. Besides being natural, it's faster and the only one that allows to recover the spilled oil.

Traction and Current Status

We have been scaling fast. We have just closed our Series A by a confidential agreement and we have raised more than USD 5.5 million since the beginning of our company.

Problem or Opportunity

Oil or derivatives spill accidents on land or soil. Almost 6 million tons of oil were spilled in the five last decades only in our seas according to ITOPF. This amount is about 5% of the total amount. The costs to remediate and to treat the contaminated water are extremely expensive.

Solution

A natural absorber made from palm fibers discarded in the heart of palm industry. Our product has been tested by the Cedre Institute of France and it is considered the most efficient oil absorber in the world. Besides that, it's the only one that allows the reuse of spilled oil.

145 billion dollars according to Grand View Research. They estimate that the market will achieve 180 billion dollars in 2025.

Revenue Streams and Cost Structure

We have just closed our Series A and we are not raising funds right now. We have been preparing our company to the next round, scaling as fast as we can and selling our products in Brazil. Besides that, we have just closed a deal with an american company to start a joint venture in Houston/TX, United States. We have been working to achieve 85 million dollars in revenues in 2024.

We are a circular economy industry. We recover organic biomass and develop new materials from this biomass. Our business is divided into three operations. Biosolvit, focused on research and development. Bioblue, focused on solutions to preserve the flora and Biogree, focused on solutions to preserve the water.

Competitors and Existing Alternatives

Every brand in our company has its own competitiors. In Bioblue we compete with Briggs from UK, Savesorb from USA and Okopur from Germany. In Brazil we compete with Ambiclean, EPS, Eco Response and others. In Biogreen we compete with many substrats producers, but we have an important differential in Biogreen... the XAXIM, a natural pot to raise ornamental plants.

Advantages or differentiators

In Bioblue the differentiator is Bioblue, our natural absorber. In Biogreen, we have the Xaxim. The most important thing about our company is our R&D focus. We develop new materials from renewable sources of raw material.

Risks

There are many... other competitors, new products, etc. We have been working to be the "first movement strategy company" and this is our barrier against the risks.
