Non-EU tourists are entitled to claim their VAT (BTW) back on certain purchases made in Europe. However, the process is very complicated and time-consuming - tourists have to fill up forms, collect receipts, and queue up for hours just to claim their refunds. Our platform enables tourists to validate their exports as they go through the airport. It's like Amazon Go, but for VAT refunds.
