Target client: FMCG, DIY, DROGERIE retail chains.
Problems: high operational cost for cash desks and cashiers, not knowing the buyer, no opportunity to communicate with the buyer during shopping, no opportunity to develop customer jorny and relevant communication
Solution: Pikalka mobile application allows to aknowledge the buer at enterrance to the shop and start relevanmt communication. The App fill missing link in omni channel concept - it connects online and offline worlds. App containes number of marketing modules that allow to communication with the customer immediately during his exact product choise - cross sale/upsale/backend promo (e g when you scan wine, the App offers your favourite cheese with discount). Also the APP decrease operational and capital expenses by decreaseing number of cash desks and cashiers needed.
Monetisation model - license fee from retailers, either:
1- risk free model: intergration with client ICT infrustructure and product launch is free of charge. Licence fee as small % from each receipt (variable fee)
2- upfront fee model - integration and one off license fee (fix fee)
