SURE is a multi-agent AI platform that resolves customer inquiries autonomously, using sophisticated context management mechanisms which provide 99% accuracy in collecting and utilizing corporate knowledges, policies, and regulations. It works on top of helpdesk systems (like Zendesk and Intercom) and extends their functionality by providing a layer covering complex "reseach-&-resolve" pipelines.
Business Model, Chanells, Metrics
We have pay-as-you-go model and charge $0,8 per resolution (1 closed chat). Also we have $80K yearly licence for customers who want to use the system on-prem with their tokens utilized and data resedency within secure perimeter.
