Idea or High Level Concept

Aloha Insight: an AI command center uniting your agency's sales, contracts, placements & compliance—cutting wasted time and cost. Built by staffing pros, not outsiders guessing

Traction and Current Status

We have a working product prototype, built and validated inside an operating staffing agency (AlohaHP). We are pre-revenue with no external customers yet. We're raising funding to go live with our first paying customers, refine the product based on real usage, and build the go-to-market motion to scale

Problem or Opportunity

Independent staffing agencies run on spreadsheets and disconnected tools for sales, contracts, compliance, and reporting. Recruiters lose hours a week to manual admin instead of placing candidates, and owners lack real-time visibility into revenue, fill status, and risk — leading to costly errors and lost capacity. Enterprise software doesn't fit how independent agencies operate or budget. The result: agencies lose control and growth capacity not from bad recruiters, but bad infrastructure.

Solution

Aloha Insight is an AI command center that brings an agency's sales pipeline, contracts, placements, compliance, and reporting into one workspace. Recruiters get instant contract feasibility and margin visibility; owners get real-time revenue and fill-status tracking instead of stitched-together spreadsheets. Built inside an operating staffing agency by staffing operators, it's designed for fast implementation — no enterprise procurement cycle — and delivers measurable value in recovered time, reduced tool spend, and margin protection.

Business Model, Chanells, Metrics

Aloha Insight is B2B SaaS, sold as a flat monthly subscription ($1,200/mo) directly to independent staffing agencies, replacing the 5+ disconnected tools they currently pay for separately. We target agencies in the $5M–$15M revenue range with 3+ recruiters, where the ROI is clearest and most defensible. Growth comes from new agency acquisition and expansion revenue as customers add seats and modules; a lower-priced tier is planned to bring smaller agencies into the funnel.
