Idea or High Level Concept

SWEET GALAXiES is an innovative concept in children’s entertainment that transforms the simple act of eating sweets into a fun, educational adventure. What is it? A collectible “4-in-1” edible spinner disc: a functional treat with vitamins (cotton candy + mini candies), an educational spinner toy for fine motor skills, a collectible alien figurine, and a digital world with mini-games and character development via a QR code. The child spins the disc, eats the delicious treat, takes out the toy, and rescues/develops their digital alien. In this way, we solve the problem of “empty” sweets.

Traction and Current Status

Idea. The project is at the concept stage. A complete investment presentation, product design, mechanics, branding, and a plan for the digital component have been developed. The physical product and the app have not yet gone into production. There are no sales or customers yet.

Problem or Opportunity

SWEET GALAXIES’ primary customers are parents of children aged 4–13, primarily from middle-class and upper-middle-class backgrounds, who are committed to their child’s well-rounded development.
The main problem we’re addressing is that today’s children spend too much time in front of screens, consume “empty” sweets with no nutritional value, and lack tactile stimulation and fine motor skill development. Parents face this issue regularly—they want to give their child a treat and a toy without compromising their health and development.
The existence of this problem is confirmed by numerous studies and parent feedback: excessive screen time, rising childhood obesity, and delays in fine motor skill development. Parents are already actively paying for solutions to this problem—they buy functional treats with vitamins, developmental toys (fidget toys), collectible series (Kinder Surprise, LOL), and educational apps.
SWEET GALAXIES offers a fundamentally new, comprehensive “4-in-1” solution in the form of a single impulse purchase: a healthy treat with vitamins + an educational spinner + a collectible toy + a digital world. This makes the product extremely appealing—parents are willing to pay for it because they get both enjoyment for their child and real benefits for their child’s development.

Solution

SWEET GALAXiES — a collectible, edible galaxy in the form of a spinner. Children get: a functional treat (cotton candy + mini candies + vitamins), an educational spinner toy, a collectible alien figurine, and a digital experience (QR code → character registration, mini-games, development, and collecting). It’s a “4-in-1” format: treat + toy + collectibles + digital world.

Customer Segments and Market

Target audience: parents of children aged 4–12 and the children themselves, with middle-plus income. The global market for children’s candy and toys is huge and growing (hundreds of billions of dollars). The “functional candy + collectibles + edutainment” category is actively expanding. The potential lies in millions of impulse purchases in retail stores and online.

Revenue Streams and Cost Structure

The projected price of the product is $3–7 per unit. The cheaper, the better.
Expected revenue:
- Year 1 — market launch and scaling up production
- Years 2–3 — tens of millions of dollars with successful distribution (retail + e-commerce).
+ The business model is based on the high profit margins of consumer goods, viral online sharing and word-of-mouth marketing, as well as revenue from the digital platform (short animated videos).

Business Model, Chanells, Metrics

Retail, online, and distributor sales of physical products, plus monetization of the digital platform (collectibles, mini-games, and potential in-app purchases). Additionally, character licensing, large plush toys, and merchandise.

Competitors and Existing Alternatives

There are no direct competitors. Some indirect competitors include traditional candies (“Chupa Chups,” “Haribo”), spinning toys (fidget spinners), and collectible toys (“Kinder Surprise,” “LOL Surprise”).

*“SWEET GALAXiES” stands out thanks to its “4-in-1” combination and attractive appearance.

Advantages or differentiators

An undeniable advantage is the unique integration of an edible product, a physical educational toy, and the digital world into a single impulse-buy item. This is difficult to replicate due to the complexity of the concept and the protected design.

I am looking for a strategic investor who is willing to serve not only as a financial partner but also as a mentor to the project’s founder.
At this time, I have no experience in consumer goods manufacturing, the food industry, or bringing products to the international market, nor do I have the necessary connections or industry contacts. Therefore, priority will be given to an investor who:
+has significant experience in the FMCG, toy, confectionery, or children’s products sectors;
+has established manufacturing connections or their own production facilities;
+is willing to actively participate in the project’s development as a mentor—sharing knowledge and experience and assisting with key decisions;
+has extensive industry connections that will help bring the product to store shelves and into the international market.

*It is especially important that the investor be willing to help the founder build expertise, assemble a team, and accelerate the product launch. I am looking for a long-term partner who will participate in the project’s development at both the strategic and operational levels.
