Idea or High Level Concept
Helping Law Firms Build the next generation of their proprietary M&A workforce.
Traction and Current Status
We have built our MVP and are actively demonstrating it to leading Am Law firms. The platform already automates some of the most complex workflows in private M&A, with additional execution capabilities under development. Our founder previously worked on more than 45 sponsor-backed M&A transactions at Greenberg Traurig, giving the company deep founder-market fit and proprietary workflow expertise. We are working closely with prospective enterprise customers to refine deployment and expand the platform.
Problem or Opportunity
Private M&A lacks an intelligence layer capable of executing the workflows of an M&A associate. As a result, law firms still scale execution by adding human labor rather than software. This creates an estimated $35B annual problem across the Am Law 200, driven by associate labor costs, high attrition and replacement expenses, billions in write-offs, and slower transaction execution. Existing AI tools assist with isolated tasks but cannot execute end-to-end transaction workflows with the reliability required for live deals.
Solution
UseABI is building the next generation of the M&A workforce. We are creating the intelligence layer that executes the work traditionally performed by associates, including purchase agreement review, issues list generation, diligence analysis, drafting, and transaction execution. Unlike AI assistants that answer questions or generate text, UseABI understands the context of an entire transaction and produces partner-ready work product that helps firms scale execution through software instead of headcount.
Business Model, Chanells, Metrics
UseABI is sold directly to law firms through annual enterprise software subscriptions. Firms typically begin by deploying the platform across selected M&A workflows and expand adoption as additional execution capabilities are introduced. Pricing scales with the breadth of workflows, users, and matters supported by the platform.
