Idea or High Level Concept
LIVIA helps vineyards and high-value farms detect crop stress early using autonomous drones, satellite data and AI, turning every field into a smarter, faster operation.
Traction and Current Status
We have secured strong early validation, including 10+ Letters of Intent, support from the Ministry of Agriculture, and admission into the Bank of Cyprus IDEA Accelerator. We are developing the docking station, drone integration, satellite data pipeline, and AI decision support system. Our current focus is moving from MVP to field pilots with vineyards and high-value crop growers in Cyprus.
Problem or Opportunity
Farmers managing vineyards and other high-value crops often discover disease, water stress, or crop issues too late. Satellite data is useful but not always detailed enough, while manual scouting is slow, expensive, and inconsistent. This leads to wasted resources, lower yields, and decisions based on incomplete information.
Solution
LIVIA combines autonomous drones, docking stations, satellite data, weather data, and AI decision support into one integrated precision agriculture platform. Our system captures high-resolution crop data automatically and turns it into clear recommendations for farmers. Instead of just showing maps, LIVIA helps farmers understand what is happening, where it is happening, and what action to take.
Business Model, Chanells, Metrics
LIVIA operates as a data-as-a-service platform for farmers and agricultural businesses. Customers pay an annual fee per hectare, with an initial deployment fee for the docking station and system setup. Over time, we can add premium analytics, tailored crop reports, and larger enterprise packages for cooperatives, agronomists, and high-value crop producers.
