Idea or High Level Concept
CareHub Impact is the operating system for social organizations: it turns their day-to-day activity into traceable evidence, reducing by 30% the time they spend justifying how they use their resources
Traction and Current Status
CareHub Impact has signed an MOU with a 100K inhabitants city in Madrid (Rivas), LOI of 4 organisations for beta testing. Funded 2K from award winning in 2025. Functional inititial prototype. HSO onboarded 4 weeks ago, CTO Cofounder onboarded in April. CTO Team interim to launch V0 in June. 4 Investors initiated conversations.
Problem or Opportunity
Social organizations spend a significant amount of time manually collecting, organizing, and reporting activity data to justify the use of funds to donors, public administrations, and stakeholders. This reduces operational efficiency, limits transparency, and makes it difficult to demonstrate measurable impact in a consistent and traceable way.
Solution
CareHub Impact is an operating system for social organizations that converts daily operational activity into structured, traceable evidence of impact. It automates reporting processes, centralizes data collection, and generates real-time indicators aligned with funder requirements, reducing administrative workload by up to 30% and improving accountability and decision-making.
Business Model, Chanells, Metrics
CareHub Impact operates as a SaaS platform with a usage-based credit model instead of per-user pricing. Organizations use tokens based on activity such as beneficiaries served, interventions recorded, reports generated, or evidence workflows processed. Teams can include 1 or 50 users at no extra cost. The platform offers two base credit packages plus additional credits for higher usage, keeping pricing transparent and proportional to real service delivery.
