Visum AI is building software that understands physical infrastructure enabling automation of engineering workflows to accelerate time-to-revenue for data centers and other critical facilities.

Traction and Current Status

Visum AI is working with Salute Mission Critical as a design partner and recently generated 700+ site-specific procedures for a single data center, demonstrating full-facility scale automation. We are advancing a hardware partnership with Siemens for on-prem AI deployment in critical infrastructure environments. In parallel, we are in active discussions and demos with operators, EPC firms, and equipment vendors evaluating our platform for SLD intelligence and procedure automation across bidding, commissioning, and operations.

Visum AI solves a key bottleneck: converting infrastructure artifacts like single-line diagrams (SLDs), manuals, and specs into operational outputs. Today, engineers manually extract data, build bills of materials for bids, and write SOPs/MOPs/EOPs—processes that take days and introduce errors. This slows commissioning, inflates costs (e.g., ~5% bid buffers), and delays time-to-revenue for mission-critical facilities.

It converts these into structured outputs (system topology, bills of materials, and site-specific SOPs/MOPs/EOPs) used for quoting, commissioning, and operations. Unlike traditional document AI, it reconstructs how systems are configured and operate, enabling engineering-grade outputs in minutes instead of hours while improving consistency, traceability, and safety.

Visum AI follows a usage-based model for core workflows and subscription for ongoing operations. For commissioning and project delivery, we charge per facility for outputs like SOPs/MOPs/EOPs and SLD-derived artifacts (e.g., ~$20K per site). For continuous use, we offer enterprise subscriptions to EPCs, operators, and equipment vendors for ongoing updates, compliance, and operational support.
