We are an executive search and recruitment agency focused on the Fintech segment. What makes us different? Our clients pay us a recruitment fee ONLY after our candidates successfully complete their probation period. We do not charge a retainer fee to start a search, and we do not charge a fee when our candidate starts work on day 1. For C level roles the probation period is 6 months from the start date, and for all roles, 3 months. With this approach, we share much of the hiring risk with our clients, which is why we are the go-to recruitment agency for many big-name companies.
